WOCOZ: Social Games Network

Effective Date: 19 June 2026
App package: com.wocoz.sgn

WOCOZ: Social Games Network ("WOCOZ", "we", "our", "us") is committed to keeping our platform free of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). These published standards describe how we protect children and respond to child safety concerns on our platform.

1. Our commitment

We prohibit any content, conduct, or use of WOCOZ that endangers, exploits, or sexualizes children. We investigate reports, enforce our policies, and cooperate with law enforcement and relevant authorities where required by law.

2. Prohibited conduct

Users must not:

  • Create, share, request, distribute, or possess CSAM or CSAE-related content
  • Groom, exploit, or endanger minors
  • Use WOCOZ to contact minors for sexual, exploitative, or harmful purposes
  • Post sexual, violent, or otherwise harmful content involving minors
  • Impersonate minors or facilitate access by users below the minimum age

Violations may result in immediate content removal, account suspension or permanent ban, and reporting to law enforcement or relevant regional and national authorities.

3. Age requirement

WOCOZ is intended for users 13 years and older, or the minimum age required in their country. We do not knowingly permit use below the applicable minimum age. See our Parents Guide for more information for guardians.

4. In-app reporting

WOCOZ provides in-app tools for users to report child safety concerns and other harmful content. Users can report profiles, chat messages, games, and posts from within the app. Reports may include reasons such as sexual or explicit content, illegal activity, violence or threats, harassment, and other violations.

Users may also block other accounts to prevent further contact.

5. How we respond

When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE on WOCOZ, we will:

  1. Remove the content and restrict or terminate the associated account
  2. Preserve information as required by applicable law
  3. Report confirmed CSAM to appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional or national authority
  4. Cooperate with law enforcement when legally required

We review user reports through our moderation processes and aim to act on credible high-priority reports within a commercially reasonable timeframe, including within 24 hours where feasible.
