1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to:

• The Wocoz mobile application and authorized web experiences
• Backend services and infrastructure
• All games owned and operated by Wocoz
• Wocoz AI–assisted features, including in-app assistants and personalization

All games available on Wocoz are developed, owned, and hosted directly by Wocoz using in-house infrastructure and content delivery systems. Games may be created or updated using Wocoz AI. Games are available for play only within the Wocoz platform—not on third-party sites, apps, or embeds. Unauthorized use of Wocoz names or branding is prohibited under our Terms of Service.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following categories:

2.1 Information You Provide

When you create an account or interact with the Service, we may collect:

• Email address
• Display name
• Profile avatar
• Login credentials
• Customer support messages
• Feedback or communications

2.2 Account sign-in

Depending on platform and app settings, you may register or sign in using email and password, Google Sign-In, or on supported Apple devices Sign in with Apple.

Google: If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google email address, display name, and profile photo to create and manage your account. Google Sign-In is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. You can revoke Wocoz's access through your Google account settings.

Apple: If you use Sign in with Apple, Apple may share with us the name and email (or private relay email) you choose. Apple's terms and privacy policies apply to that sign-in flow.

2.3 Social & Community Information

As a social gaming platform, we may collect:

• Followers and following lists
• Chat messages and comments
• Feed interactions (likes, shares, engagement)
• User-generated content
• Reports submitted by users

Chat messages and community content may be stored and processed for moderation, safety, and enforcement purposes.

2.4 Gameplay & Engagement Information

Since all games are owned and hosted by Wocoz, gameplay interactions occur within our infrastructure.

We may collect:

• Session duration
• Time spent per game or feed
• Gameplay progress
• Streak participation
• Quest completion
• Loyalty/XP data
• Leaderboard participation
• Interaction frequency
• Engagement patterns
• Genre preferences

This information is used to improve personalization and platform performance.

2.5 Personalization & Automated Processing

Wocoz uses automated systems to personalize content and recommendations.

Recommendations may be based on:

• Interaction history
• Gameplay behavior
• Engagement patterns
• Activity frequency
• Content preferences

We may combine personalized recommendations with discovery-based content.

2.6 Virtual Currency & Transaction Information

Wocoz may offer virtual currency such as WOX and Tokens.

We may collect:

• Virtual currency balances
• Purchase history
• Subscription details
• Transaction confirmations

Virtual currency:

• Has no real-world monetary value
• Is non-transferable
• Is not redeemable for cash

Payments and subscriptions are processed through:

• Google Play Store
• Apple App Store (if applicable)
• RevenueCat (subscription management service)

RevenueCat may process purchase metadata, subscription status, and transaction identifiers to manage access to paid features.

Wocoz does not store full payment card details.

2.7 Device & Technical Information

We may automatically collect:

• IP address
• Device model
• Operating system
• App version
• Crash logs
• Performance diagnostics
• Analytics identifiers

2.8 Push Notifications

If you enable push notifications:

• We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver notifications to your device
• We store a device-specific push token (not your personal data) to deliver alerts
• Notifications may include updates, messages, streak reminders, and in-app activity
• You can disable push notifications at any time in your device settings or within the app (Profile → Settings → Account Settings → Notifications)

Push tokens are used solely for notification delivery and are not shared with advertisers.

2.9 Advertising & Analytics

Wocoz displays advertisements through Google AdMob. We use the following ad formats in the app:

• Native ads – In-feed and in-profile content that matches the look and feel of the app, clearly labeled as "Sponsored"
• Rewarded ads – Optional video ads that you can choose to watch in exchange for in-app rewards (e.g. virtual currency)
• Interstitial / playable ads – Full-screen or playable ad experiences shown at natural breaks (e.g. in the Play tab), clearly labeled as "Sponsored"

Google AdMob may collect:

• Advertising identifiers
• Device identifiers
• IP address
• Ad interaction data
• App usage signals

This information may be used for:

• Serving relevant ads
• Measuring ad performance
• Fraud prevention

You can manage ad personalization and opt out of personalized ads through your device privacy settings (e.g. "Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS, "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android). For more information, see Google's advertising policy and Google's Privacy Policy.

In certain regions (e.g. European Economic Area, United Kingdom), we may ask for your consent before showing personalized ads. You may also see a consent or choice screen provided by Google. Your choices are respected and you can change them at any time via device settings or in-app options where available.

2.10 Leaderboards, Rewards, and Ranking Integrity

Wocoz may process competition and ranking information to operate leaderboards and reward systems.

We may collect and process:

• Leaderboard position and score history
• Tournament and season participation data
• Reward eligibility events (including WOX or token rewards)
• Gameplay signals used to detect cheating, bot activity, or unfair manipulation

Leaderboards may be visible to other users inside the Service and may include your display name, avatar, rank, and game-related performance metrics. We use ranking data to maintain fair play, issue rewards, resolve disputes, and investigate abuse.

2.11 Wocoz AI & AI-Assisted Features

Wocoz operates Wocoz AI—proprietary systems used to personalize the Service, power in-app assistants, and develop or maintain Wocoz games. If you use AI-assisted features, we may collect and process:

• Prompts, messages, or inputs you submit to AI-assisted features
• AI-generated responses and interaction history within the Service
• Feature usage signals (e.g. which suggestions you accept or dismiss)
• Technical logs related to AI feature performance, safety, and abuse prevention
• Security and integrity signals (e.g. rate-limit events, tampering attempts, or suspected reverse-engineering or off-platform extraction activity)

We use this information to operate, secure, and improve Wocoz AI; deliver platform-exclusive games; personalize your experience; detect abuse; and enforce our Terms of Service. We do not sell AI interaction data.

Platform control. Wocoz may monitor, retain, review, and use AI-related data to investigate violations, protect intellectual property, and support account suspension or termination. If your account is terminated for misuse of Wocoz AI, games, or platform protections, we may retain relevant logs and records as needed for enforcement, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. Do not submit sensitive personal information or confidential data in AI prompts unless the feature explicitly asks for it.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Create and manage accounts (including via Google or Apple sign-in where available)
• Deliver push notifications (updates, messages, reminders)
• Deliver and host Wocoz-owned games (platform-exclusive access only)
• Operate and improve Wocoz AI–assisted features
• Operate chat and social features
• Personalize content recommendations
• Maintain gamification systems
• Operate leaderboards, tournaments, and reward distribution
• Process subscriptions and purchases
• Validate ad-reward events and prevent reward abuse
• Detect fraud, abuse, and unauthorized use of games or Wocoz AI
• Suspend or terminate accounts and enforce platform policies
• Improve performance and stability
• Serve advertisements

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data.

We may share limited information with:

• Firebase (Google Cloud) for authentication, infrastructure, and push notifications
• Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple (on supported devices) for authentication when you choose those options
• RevenueCat for subscription management
• Google AdMob for advertising
• Payment processors (Google Play / Apple App Store)
• Analytics providers
• Law enforcement or regulators if legally required

All service providers are required to safeguard information.

Gameplay data is not shared with third-party game studios.

5. Data Retention

We retain information:

• While your account remains active
• As required to provide services
• As required by law
• In anonymized or aggregated form for analytics
• As needed to verify leaderboard results, tournament outcomes, and reward history

Chat and moderation data may be retained for safety and compliance purposes.

Wocoz AI interaction logs, security signals, and enforcement records may be retained after account suspension or termination where needed to prevent repeat abuse, protect intellectual property, respond to legal requests, or comply with law.

Virtual currency and reward transaction records (including WOX and token-related ledger activity) may be retained for auditing, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal compliance.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable technical safeguards including:

• Encrypted HTTPS communications
• Secure authentication systems
• Role-based administrative access
• Infrastructure-level protections

However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion
• Withdraw consent
• Object to certain processing

Request account and data deletion (Wocoz)

To request deletion of your Wocoz account and associated data:

• In the app: Open Profile → Settings → Account Settings → Delete My Account, then follow the confirmation steps.
• By email: Contact us at wocozcontact@gmail.com or via our Contact page and ask for account and data deletion. We will process your request as required by applicable law.

Upon deletion:

• Profile data will be removed
• Access to virtual currency will terminate
• Certain transaction records may be retained if required by law
• Aggregated analytics data may be retained in anonymized form

8. Children's Privacy

Wocoz is not intended for users under the age of 13 (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction).

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent.

If we become aware of such data collection, we will delete the information.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries outside your residence.

We implement safeguards to protect data during such transfers.

10. Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Wocoz is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised account information.

11. Trademarks & Brand Names

Wocoz, WOCOZ, Social Games Network, Wocoz AI, Wokko, Wozzi, WOX, WOCOZ PRO, and associated logos, icons, and trade dress are proprietary to Wocoz. You may not copy, register, adopt, or use these names or confusingly similar names, handles, domains, app titles, or branding without our prior written consent.

If you report suspected misuse of Wocoz names or branding, we may collect the information you provide (such as URLs, screenshots, account names, and your contact details) to investigate, enforce our rights, and cooperate with platforms or authorities. See our Terms of Service Section 5 for full trademark rules and enforcement.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Material changes will be communicated through the app or website.

Continued use of Wocoz after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
